There are so many Halloween costumes that can be made by you even if you are a college student on a budget. There is really no need to go all out and spend a lot of money on a costume you will more than likely wear only once. So why not be creative and make your own Halloween costume. 1. Rainbow

This year you can be a beautiful rainbow. All you need is a white shirt and white pants. Paint both with the colors of the rainbow, which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet, and bingo, you have an outfit for Halloween.

2. Pirate

Just grab a pair of your old black pants and cut the bottom so they are jagged at the ends. Find an old striped shirt, a clip on gold earring, tie a bandana around your head and you’re a pirate.

3. Robot

Aluminum foil, silver spray paint, and cardboard boxes are all you need to get the robot look.

4. Athlete

Go as Kobe or Shaq or as any of your favorite athlete for Halloween this year. Wear his or her jersey and carry a basketball or hockey stick, but try not to use the stick on anyone :)

5. Nerd

– Do the Urkel! Go as Steve Urkel for Halloween. Roll up a pair of pants to get the nerdy look. Pull the pants up past your waist, wear a shirt and fill the pocket with lots of pens. Put on white socks, nerdy looking glasses, and nerdy shoes.

6. Rock star

use hair gel to get the spiky look or spray-on hair color. Put on a pair of ripped washed out jeans and T-shirt, fake tattoos and piercings, and carry a guitar.

7. Ghost

Get an old white sheet or piece of white cloth. Drape it over your head and body and cut out two holes for your eyes so that you can see where you’re going. Whoooo!
